to see or touch the real thing, can make shopping a bit more difficult.
Please remember too that if you are purchasing a bird feeder, that it can often
take birds up to six weeks to find and get used to a new feeder.

We understand that occasionally the purchased item may not be exactly what
you thought it might be. In that case please contact us or call us at
(505) 898-8900 for a return authorization and return the item for a full refund
of the purchase price within the return period. We accept returns within
30 days of order shipment. Items must be returned in original condition.
We cannot reimburse you for return shipping and insurance unless the item
you received was defective or damaged during shipment.
If your item arrives damaged, we would appreciate it if you could
save the packing materials until we can work with the shipper on a claim.
