We know that purchasing items online, where you do not have the opportunity to see or touch the real thing, can make shopping a bit more difficult. And, we understand that occasionally the purchased item may not be exactly what you thought it might be.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an item, please email or call us for a return authorization. You must return the item within 30 days of order shipment for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in original condition. We do not refund the original shipping cost or return shipping cost unless it was our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your item arrives damaged, we would appreciate it if you could save the packing materials until we can work with the shipper on a claim.
