William Morris Hare Journal brings one of Morris's most beautiful nature-inspired designs to a luxurious Flame Tree notebook. The cover features the graceful hare from The Forest tapestry, surrounded by lush acanthus leaves and flowers in rich shades of blue, green, red, and gold.

The Forest was created in 1887 as a collaboration between William Morris, Philip Webb, and John Henry Dearle. The tapestry combines Morris's distinctive foliage and floral patterns with Webb's carefully observed animal studies. The original tapestry is now part of the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Like the other Flame Tree journals, this one is as practical as it is beautiful. The richly detailed cover is printed on foil paper, embossed, and foil stamped, giving the artwork an especially tactile, dimensional quality. Inside are sturdy ivory lined pages, with a pocket for notes and papers, two ribbon bookmarks, and a magnetic side flap to keep everything securely closed.

It's a wonderful journal for writing, sketching, keeping notes, or simply enjoying on your desk. And with its beautiful William Morris artwork and handsome construction, it makes an especially lovely gift for anyone who appreciates birds and wildlife, botanical art, textiles, the Arts & Crafts movement, or beautiful stationery.
